Advanced Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Center (AMSKU) reserves all rights, including rights of translation, reprinting, duplication, and excerpts of training material. No part or parts of the course material may be duplicated or provided to a third party without the express written permission of AMSKU. Additionally, AMSKU reserves the right to modify course content and material without notice.

AMSKU Select is an exclusive weekend training immersion designed for healthcare professionals. By registering for AMSKU Select, you agree to the following terms:

• Registration is non-transferable without prior written approval from AMSKU
• All pre-education coursework must be completed before attending the weekend immersion
• Participants must maintain professional conduct throughout the training program
• AMSKU reserves the right to modify program content, schedules, and instructors as needed

All courses and memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Access to course materials, including online content and resources, will automatically expire after this one-year period.

The online courses are presented for educational purposes only. The courses are presented online, and therefore subject to certain limitations that may not exist in a live format. Attendee acknowledges the courses are presented online and understands the limitations of the format in which it is presented.

Additionally, the delivery of the content to the attendee is dependent upon factors outside the control of AMSKU, including but not limited to: internet service available to the attendee, an acceptable updated device with the capability to stream, download and display content, and may be subject to additional charges from service provider. AMSKU makes no representations as to any of these items, nor does it provide assistance in any way with the aforementioned factors.

The course content is accurate up to the publishing date and is refreshed periodically. Each course provides the opportunity for continuing medical education credits if approved by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education.

After a course is taken, it is the responsibility of the attending party to provide documentation of attendance to their respective governing board. AMSKU makes no representation as to the acceptance and approval of credit, only that the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education has provided approval for the attendee to receive credit from content provided. Please consult your governing board for current conditions and requirements to receive CME credit.

For AMSKU Select weekend training sessions:

• Full refund available up to 14 days before your scheduled session
• Refunds requested within 14 days of the session date are subject to review
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the session
• Session transfers may be available subject to availability and approval

Hard copy publications may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 15 days of the purchase date provided that the products are in a resalable condition (resalable condition implies that the product has not been written on, earmarked, or defaced in any way).

Refunds or exchanges will be approved at the discretion of AMSKU. Product returns for any reason except defects are subject to a $25.00 restocking fee per item plus shipping. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Replacement products will be provided for defective items within 15 days of purchase.

Digital publications are not eligible for any refunds. Prices, schedules, and CME credits subject to change without notice.

Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day. All product orders are shipped via UPS. Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Advanced Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Center is a private organization. Therefore, we reserve the right to deny the sale of any product or service to any entity without disclosure.

The content provided reflects current clinical diagnostic methods taught at Advanced Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Center and is meant to give an introduction to ultrasound imaging. They are not intended for use as a source for credentialing or privileging individuals.

All practitioners should be supervised by experienced clinicians while learning these techniques. Medicine is an ever-changing field. Standard safety precautions must be followed, but as new research and clinical experience broaden the knowledge base, changes in treatment, techniques, and drug therapy become necessary and essential.

Participants are advised to check the latest product information provided by the manufacturer of each imaging system to verify current recommendations for use.
